The Monarch School in Rochester, is very close to our hearts,
as my wife Diane has been working there for 40 years.
She has dedicated her entire career to this much needed facility.
As we all know, funding for education, and special needs,
such as Autism, Behavioral, Deaf-Blindness, and Emotional Disturbance
has not kept up with the number of those needing our help.
